Counseling sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified

Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. All personal information shared during counseling sessions is protected under relevant data protection laws in the Netherlands. Your information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent unless required by law.

Clients must be respectful and polite in all communications and during sessions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms or behaves inappropriately.
